Our Team > Joseph “Joey” C. Elliott

Joey Elliott has wanted to be a lawyer since he was in kindergarten. A career he has respected for protecting the rights of everyone. He is an associate with Cardelli Lanfear, concentrating his practicing on no-fault law, contract law, and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Cardelli Lanfear, Mr. Elliott attended American University’s Washington College of Law, where he was a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic and represented clients in employment law and family law matters. During law school, he also interned with boutique law firms and non-profits specializing in employment law, class actions, administrative law, and policy work. He also got a bird’s eye view of the courtroom during his judicial internship with the Senior Judges of the D.C. Superior Court.
