Dezha Dial graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her law degree from Wayne State University Law School as a Damon J. Keith scholar. While in law school, Dezha gained valuable experience through several internships and participation in the Criminal Appellate Practice Clinic. She was recognized as a Pro Bono Warrior for completion of over 50 hours of pro bono legal assistance. She continues to improve her skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
