A broad range of civil litigation experience including premises liability, automobile negligence, toxic tort, medical malpractice, civil rights, and admiralty and maritime law. Has briefed and argued before numerous state and federal courts including the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd, 5th, and 6th Circuits, and the Michigan Supreme Court.
