Attorneys Justin Gonzales and Jason Newman Win Summary Disposition in Premises Liability Case

Attorneys Justin Gonzales and Jason Newman obtained summary disposition for their client on a premises liability claim. The court held, among other things, that the client (a parent company four times removed) had no ownership, possession, or control of the premises, and amendment of the pleadings would be futile because the statute of limitation date had passed. Justin drafted and argued the successful motion.
