Attorneys Mackenzie Kohler and Jason Newman obtained summary disposition for their clients in a contract dispute and insurance coverage claim! The court held, among other things, that the plaintiff breached his contractual obligation to his employer and was not entitled to PIP and UM/UIM benefits. Mackenzie secured the dispositive testimony at the plaintiff’s deposition and drafted the successful motion. Congratulations!
