Civil Litigator at the trial court and appellate level. Extensive trial court litigation practice involving:
- Wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases with damages exceeding $25,000,000;
- Personal injury claims within the categories of general negligence, product liability, construction law, Michigan No Fault, automobile/commercial truck liability, and municipal liability;
- Property damages cases involving disputes up to $90,000,000;
- Complex contract and commercial disputes involving substantial claims for damages and sophisticated clients;
- Coordination of defense for multiple manufacturers/suppliers in toxic tort matters (asbestos/talc);
In addition to the above, more than 200 appellate matters handled in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
