Experience in general

Civil litigation consists of defense of personal injury case involving claims for automobile negligence (passenger cars, trucks, and motorcycles), premises liability, product liability; commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, and product defect allegations; and appellate issues regarding all of those topics.

Intellectual property experience consists primarily of patent and trademark issues, including litigation, and drafting applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

• Provide pro bono legal services under appropriate circumstances. From time to time, foster animals for the Animal House of Southeast Michigan.

Interests

• When not working, I am in the process of restoring a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro.
