Peter Kawinski graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2016. In law school, Peter was actively involved in Mock Trials, where he competed in his first-year competition and served on the board for most of his law school career.

Peter was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2020. Prior to practicing personal injury, Peter had served at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. After the Prosecutor’s Office, Peter had gone into personal injury as a Plaintiff’s attorney, gaining experience in First and Third-Party No-Fault and Premise Liability Claims.

Now, Peter continues to hone his passion for No-Fault and Premise Liability Claims on the defense side at Cardelli Lanfear, P.C.

Prior to Law School, Peter received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
