Civil Litigation, with trial experience in state and federal courts in Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. Commercial litigation disputes involving contract, uniform commercial code, trademark, and tortious interference with business relationships.

Personal injury matters, involving product liability, premises liability, truck, motorcycle, auto, asbestos and other toxic exposure claims. Have experience with Arbitrations, Mediations, and other ADR.

Several matters accepted for review by the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Michigan.
