Thomas Cardelli secures a defense verdict

On trial for his 163rd jury trial, Thomas Cardelli successfully defended cable giant Frontier Communications in Muskegon County Circuit Court.  Plaintiffs had rejected a $600,000 mediation, forcing a trial regarding the high-speed vehicle collision.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict finding no negligence by Frontier and its employee.

Thomas Cardelli is the founder of Cardelli Lanfear P.C. and has appeared as trial counsel for many Fortune 500 companies during his career.  The firm’s clients include City of Detroit, DANA Corporation, Bob Evans Restaurants, Zurich, Allianz, Westfield and Pioneer.

Thomas Cardelli is Chair of the Board of Directors for OUR Credit Union and involved with Special Olympics and Lighthouse.  He is training for his 24th marathon this fall.
