Jason Newman and Mackenzie Burrell obtained summary disposition for their client, a global machinery servicer. Plaintiff had a multi-million-dollar demand for damages because of an alleged failure to provide adequate maintenance service to a machine. After extensive discovery, including technical expert discovery, the Court found that there was no causal connection between any alleged maintenance service issue and Plaintiff’s damages.
