8:40 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.

Enrique, who was working with Roberto, is cutting pipe. (Enrique’s Statement at 6). (Location of work marked on attached diagram “Enrique Aguilar”)

9:05 A.M. – 9:15 A.M

Roberto begins working with the torch in this timeframe. Worked with torch approximately 15 minutes. (Roberto’s Statement at 7). (Location of use of torch marked on attached diagram ‘Roberto Zarate’).

9:15 A.M.

Smoke is noticed coming from a kitchen vent and first fire alarms go off. (Detroit New Article quoting OHCC director of finance, March 1, 2022).

9:20 A.M. – 9:30 A.M

Roberto stops the usage of the torch somewhere in this timeframe. Approximately 15 minutes before Sergio alerts him of the fire. (Roberto’s Statement at 8)

9:33 A.M.

Sergio receives call from delivery driver and walks around the front (North) of the clubhouse. (Sergio Statement at 5). (Location of meeting with delivery driver marked on drawing “Sergio Ochoa” with X).
